For the Tarri (Spicy Oil):
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
For Garnishing:
- ½ cup farsan (sev, chivda, or mixture)
- Chopped cilantro
- Finely chopped onions
- Lemon wedges
- Buttered pav
Instructions:
Prepare the Usal (Curry):
- Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, and let them splutter.
